The anime adaptation of the The Case Book of Arne detective game revealed its first teaser trailer and main staff, along with a January 2026 release date. The anime was announced on November 6, 2024, which marked the 7th anniversary for the franchise.
Studio SILVER LINK is in charge of the animation, with the following main staff:
- Director: Keisuke Inoue
- Series Composition: Murasaki, Keisuke Inoue
- Character Design & Chief Animation Production: Akiko Sato, Harutaro (original designs)
- Music: Yoshiaki Fujisawa

The game’s developer is HARUMURASAKI. The original creator/game’s scenario writer Murasaki is supervising the script for the anime, while the game’s original illustrator Harutaro designed the characters for the anime. You can see the teaser visual that was revealed when the game was announced below.
The franchise also has a manga adaptation by Soraho Ina, which launched in Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Gene magazine in 2018. Steam describes the game:
A vampire and a girl… who are they? The two of them have a secret and solve a strange case… In a world where paranormal activity takes place, “Player” solves a case in which a non-human becomes a suspect.
