Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 revealed a new visual featuring Isao Shinomiya following his actions in Episode 6, which began streaming on August 9. The anime previously released a visual for Gen Narumi after his own debut in the new season.
Isao is the Director General of the Defense Force, and you can see his new visual below.

Studio Production I.G is animating again, with Studio Khara back in charge of the creature designs. The anime previously revealed its theme songs through two trailers. The opening song is “You Can’t Run From Yourself” by Aurora, while OneRepublic is back to perform the new ending song “Beautiful Colors.”
Kaiju No. 8 manga by Naoya Matsumoto began serialization in July 2020 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform, and a total of 15 volumes has been published as of March. The manga series officially ended this week with Chapter 129. Viz Media is publishing it in English.
The game adaptation of the franchise, Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME, exceeded 1,000,000 million pre-registrations and is set to launch worldwide on August 31.
