The main key visual for the Fushigi no Alice: Dive in Wonderland anime movie has been officially revealed. Studio P.A. Works is in charge of the animation, with Toshiya Shinohara as the director and Yuko Kakihara in charge of the script. The movie is set to premiere in Japan on August 29, 2025.
SEKAI NO OWARI performs the theme song for the anime, and it was previewed in the main trailer earlier this month. In the center of the visual is Rize, a college student who ends up in Wonderland, led by Alice. Around them are well-known characters from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, including White Rabbit, Caterpillar, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Humpty Dumpty, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Dormouse, Cheshire Cat, and Queen of Hearts.
The main voice cast includes Maika Pugh as Alice Nanoka Hara (Suzume Iwato in Suzume) as Rise, with the supporting cast featuring Shota Mamiya, Keiko Toda, Mayu Matsuoka, Koji Yamamoto, Tomohito Yashima, Ryuichi Kosugi, Kappei Yamaguchi, Toshiyuki Morikawa, and Takahiro Yamamoto. The latest additions included Subaru Kimura, Ayumu Murase, Yuki Ono, and Natsuki Hanae.
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland was written by Lewis Carroll, whose real name was Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, and it was first published on July 4, 1865. Since then, it has become a classic, getting numerous adaptations.
