Crunchyroll and Fandango announced that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle will have early screenings in the U.S. for Crunchyroll Mega and Ultimate Fan tiers starting on September 9 at 7 PM local time. Tickets will go on sale on August 15 at 6 AM PT on the Fandango rewards site, where users can verify their subscriber status before purchasing tickets. Crunchyroll currently provides a limited selection of anime for free registrants, as well as Fan, Mega Fan, and Ultimate tiers. The early screenings follow multiple U.S.-based Demon Slayer announcements in recent days, including Crunchyroll’s plans to stream every episode of the Demon Slayer anime series (and Mugen Train) on YouTube, as well as Kura Sushi’s announcement of a restaurant collaboration featuring exclusive collectibles.
Haruo Sotozaki directs Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle at anime studio ufotable. Infinity Castle marks the first of three films adapting the climax of Koyoharu Gotouge’s original manga series. Regular screenings will begin in the U.S. and Canada on September 12. As the Demon Slayer Corps members and Hashira engaged in a group strength training program, the Hashira Training, in preparation for the forthcoming battle against the demons, Muzan Kibutsuji appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the head of the Demon Corps in danger, Tanjiro and the Hashira rush to the headquarters but are plunged into a deep descent to a mysterious space by the hands of Muzan Kibutsuji.
The destination of where Tanjiro and Demon Slayer Corps have fallen is the demons’ stronghold – the Infinity Castle.
And so, the battleground is set as the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the Demons ignites.
