Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi (The Three Mikadono Sisters Are Surprisingly Easy) anime revealed a new character trailer, featuring the youngest sister Miwa Mikadono. Studio P.A. Works (Skip and Loafer) is animating, with the anime set to premiere on July 9.
The anime previously revealed character trailers for the protagonist Yu Ayase, the eldest sister Kazuki, and the middle sister Niko. Just like her sisters, Miwa previously got a special character visual.
Yoshino Aoyama voices the genius shogi player, and the trailer is available in two versions:
- Genius Female Shogi Player version
- Mischievous Youngest Sister version
You can switch between the two by going to the settings, then audio track, and then selecting one of the two options.
Aya Hirakawa writes and draws the Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi manga series. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine since December 2021. The anime adaptation was announced in July, and you can also watch the first trailer below:
The story follows Yu, the talentless son of a legendary actress, as he transfers to Saika Academy, struggling to meet his mother’s huge expectations. Her final wish was for him to build the happy family they never had due to their different levels of talent. Following this wish, Yu moves in with the prodigious Mikadono sisters—Miwa, Niko, and Kazuki, the queens of Saika Academy who excel in shogi, martial arts, and performing arts, respectively.
