The preview for the upcoming episode 5 of A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2 has been unveiled. It will premiere on Tuesday, August 12 and will be available to stream on Crunchyroll and Bilibili. The episode is titled “It’s My Life Too!!” and the synopsis is as follows:
The mysterious, wildly popular singer was actually Aoi Mochizuki all along!? After the chaotic summer festival comes to a close, summer break ends and the second semester begins. As students return to school, the campus buzzes with a surprising new rumor, and at the center of it all is none other than Nagi!?
Studio Okuruto Noboru is animating the series. Masakazu Hishida is directing the sequel with Kyoko Kon as the character designer and Rei Ishizuka as the music composer.
Singer asmi is performing the opening theme song “Kimi ga Kureta Mono” (“What You Gave Me”) while the idol group 22/7 is singing the ending theme song “Anata de nakucha.” The voice cast for the anime includes:
