Several tracks from the anime The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. will finally be available on music streaming services this August. These will include previously unreleased character songs, opening and ending themes, and original background music from the show’s second season.
August 6 Release
The first batch of releases will arrive on August 6, featuring the second ending theme from Season 2, “Duet♡Shite KudaPsi” (“Please Duet With Me”). The track is performed by the group Saiki Lover, featuring vocals by the voice actors for main characters Saiki Kusuo (Hiroshi Kamiya), Kokomi Teruhashi (Ai Kayano), and Mikoto Aiura (Eri Kitamura).
The release also includes:
- A solo version by Saiki Lover
- An instrumental version
- An extended background track titled “Judgment Knights of Thunder: End of Oblivion”
- Character songs: “Bloody Moon”(performed by Shun Kaido’s voice actor Nobunaga Shimazaki) and “Angel Wink” (performed by Ai Kayano as Kokomi Teruhashi)

August 16 Release
On August 16, Season 2 opening theme “Silent Prisoner,” also performed by Saiki Lover alongside the voice cast for Saiki, Nendo, and Kaido, will be released. Like the previous release, the track will be available in full, instrumental, and alternate versions.
Additionally, two full original soundtrack albums will be made available for the first time on streaming platforms, including background music from the series.

To celebrate the music release and the characters’ birthdays, the official Jump Channel on YouTube will be offering a limited-time streaming event of selected episodes.
- From August 6 to 20, fans can watch episodes featuring Kokomi Teruhashi.
- From August 16 to 30, episodes featuring Saiki Kusuo will be available.
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. is a manga series by Shuichi Aso that ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2018, following a series of earlier one-shots. The story follows Saiki Kusuo, a high school student with psychic abilities who wants nothing more than an ordinary life.
The series received an anime adaptation by J.C. Staff that aired from 2016 to 2018, followed by a Netflix-exclusive sequel, Reawakened, in 2019. A live-action film adaptation was released in 2017.
