The upcoming Secrets of the Silent Witch anime unveiled a new visual on Saturday, featuring the cast of the Serendia Academy Student Council and the titular character Monica Everett (CV: Saya Aizawa). The anime will premiere on July 4.
The voice cast of the student council consists of:
- Shogo Sakata as Felix Arc Ridill
- Yoshiki Nakajima as Cyril Ashley
- Ryohei Kimura as Elliot Howard
- Yuki Sakakihara as Neil Clay Maywood
- Yoko Hikasa as Bridget Greyham
Secrets of the Silent Witch anime is adapted from the light novel written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. Takaomi Kanazaki serves as the chief director of the anime and is also in charge of writing the series composition at Studio Gokumi. Yasuo Iwamoto is the director, Cona Nitanda is the character designer, and Rina Tayama and Cygames work together as music composers.
Hitsujibungako sings the opening and the ending theme song “mild days. The theme song can be heard on the latest trailer.
The story centers around Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, who is the only mage in the world who can use unchanted magecraft and can single-handedly defeat a legendary black dragon. However, this prodigy is extremely shy, and she learned to cast spells silently just to avoid speaking in public.
