The anime adaptation of Teogonia has revealed two new characters as it approaches its climax: Zeiena and the cursed god Diabo. The anime premiered on April 11, 2025.
- Zeiena is the youngest member of the Makaku royal family, known as the “Wise Princess” in the northern lands. Determined to claim the throne, she will stop at nothing to achieve her ambitions. She commands Deuwulf, a powerful divine wolf.
- Diabo is a cursed god born through a divine mutation known as Shinpen (Divine Transformation), which occurs when the power of a land god mutates.
Zeiena is voiced by Yuko Kaida.



Special Program on ABEMA
A special cast event, Pre-Finale Special Talk, will stream on ABEMA’s Isekai & Fantasy Anime Channel on June 20, 2025, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM JST. The cast members will discuss the series and preview the upcoming climax. The program will feature Mutsumi Tamura (Kai), Katsuya Fukunishi (Manso), Manaka Iwami (Elsa), and Hana Tsuigai (Alue).
A marathon stream of episodes 1–10 will be shown ahead of the special, airing free on June 20, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM JST on the same channel.

The story follows Kai, a village boy defending his home as humans fight against invading demi-human tribes like the Ash Monkeys and Ogres. Through the constant fighting, Kai unexpectedly recalls memories of a world filled with advanced technology and knowledge beyond his own. Drawn into larger conflicts, he faces trials that will determine his fate in the brutal world.
The series is directed by Kunihiro Mori with series composition by Tomoyasu Okubo. Mutsumi Tamura voices Kai, alongside Kana Hanazawa as Jose and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Orha. The animation is produced by Asahi Production.
Teogonia began as a web novel in 2017 on Shosetsuka ni Naro and was later published under the PASH! Books imprint in 2018. Tsukasa Tanimai writes the story, with illustrations by Koichiro Kawano. The novel and manga adaptation by Shunsuke Aoyama have sold over 600,000 copies combined.
